Over 29 years in IT, I’ve worked across programming, data analysis, business analysis, and leadership. I’ve had to learn new skills, move into unfamiliar roles, and adapt as technology changed. I know what it feels like to be experienced at your work and still be a beginner at something new.
WHAT I CARRIED WITH ME
My foundation started with my father.
My father taught me the importance of showing up and being of service. He taught me to be alive, awake, joyous, and enthusiastic about life. Those principles guide my work at 3GirlsLabs. I respect the experience you bring and focus on helping you learn skills you can put to use.
I’ve had to practice those values through difficult seasons in my own working life. They are part of why being useful to the person in front of me matters so much.

Today, I use AI to help with real work: making sense of data, creating documentation, and communicating clearly. My experience helps me recognize where AI is useful, what context it needs, and where its answers need a closer look.
