We use these records to provide the requested resource, manage interest lists, and understand where signups come from.

The free AI Quick Start Guide is available as an immediate download after signup. Downloading the guide does not automatically subscribe you to marketing emails. Course and agency interest forms ask for permission to contact you about the selected offer.

When you request the dashboard prompt, you join the 3GirlsLabs email list for practical AI tips and product updates. We store your name, email address, contact preference, signup date, and referral source. Your prompt is available immediately after signup. Future marketing emails will include an unsubscribe link. No automated emails are currently sent.

Storage and access

Signup records are stored in the website’s hosted database. The admin area is restricted to the site owner. Hosting providers process technical information needed to operate the service. We do not collect job-seeker profiles or participant case records through the agency inquiry form.

Practice lessons and toolkit

The practice lesson prepares a prompt in your browser. The toolkit provides reusable prompts and sample examples. Neither sends your work to an AI service. If you use a prompt in an external AI tool, that tool’s privacy terms and your organization’s policies apply.

Payments, customer accounts, and integrated AI products will have additional information about data use before they launch.
